1. because of where we were located the timing was always this way so on 2 days we told them it's okay and not to clean our room (we didn't really mind, it was too inconvenient to wait for them to finish)as mentioned, food extremely expensive, and the hours are not great.

9. Although it really didn't make a difference or cause any inconvenience, I found it odd that the shower and water controls were located at the front of the shower and the shower head was located at the rear of the shower.

10. Other than that small inconvenience the hotel being historical with an amazing lobby with Swarovoski Crystal chandelliers and custom marble foyer, the location is worth the extra $'s (walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park, ETC.
