5. The cleaning service was very good but every morning we had a terrible wake up around 8 am by the housekeepers, they did loads of noise every morning in the corridorThere is a Starbucks location in the lobby of the hotel, very pricey.

7. We went twice to the bar and the glasses/ cups were not well clean (do you think is normal to pay 60 usd to have breakfast having this service?) Moreover every morning we had a terrible wake up around 8 am by the housekeepers, they did loads of noise every morning in the corridor.

8. If you have AT&T for your cell phone note that the 3G signal in the hotel is terrible (not the hotel's fault, obviously, but good to know).

10. The only negative note I have is about the steam room which looks terribly poor and low mantained and it contrast with the Spa design.
