1. The bar in the lobby, was the most unpleasant, often the recipient of a rude attitude, from the bartender.

The worst negatives are that 1) there were cup lids behind the desk upon which the coffee maker sets, 2) after checking in, I was told the room would be ready at noon, I returned at 2:30PM and was then told, somewhat rudely, it wouldn't be ready until check-in time, 3PM, and 3) they wanted $15 a day for internet access (I was able to get on the LondonNYC wifi for free).
