1. The bed was very comfortable and we did not have any problems with 'noisy' hallways or adjoining rooms.

6. Why weren't the managers more proactive and get behind the desk and help out? We booked through Priceline, and got a good rate, but the room was right next to the elevator, so it was noisy.
