3. The result was my older two children (9 and 6 years old) literally crying in frustration as they tried to sleep at 10 o'clock after exhausting themselves sightseeing, and then I was awakened the next morning before 7 by hammering.

6. The Gym is ok with usual range of machines and weights but the $10-a-day fee makes it frustrating if all you want is a simple jog in the morning.

7. My room lacked wireless (frustrating) but did have an ethernet connection which, unfortunately, was very slow and the a/c wasnt working properly.

9. I could tell the woman at checkin was getting frustrated with the person in front of me, but she was able to keep that separate and check me in, fairly friendly and confirmed I had a great renovated room with 2 beds, as requested.
