1. Doormen are bouncing you to an unregistered cab, breakfasts are ridiculously priced.

2. Absolutely MINIMAL in terms of what they give you in room - as in shampoo, conditioner, no body shower? And they don't always get replenished the next day? Towels are ridiculously small and they didnt replace the facecloths either.

7. A group of new college students move in and the noise continues (albeit to a lesser degree)I am not one to harshly criticize others or set unrealistic expectations when I travel - but this was a bit ridiculous.

9. They did not have a king size room, so I ended up with 2 very small double beds in a very small room, while I do not expect large rooms in NYC, this was ridiculous.
