1. We we almost scared away by all the negative reviews but would definitely stay the again.

5. The one negative comment I have is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear another guest constantly coughing as if she were right in my room.

6. If there were any negatives it would be no free wi fi in the room, which wasn't really too bad, you could go down to the lobby where there was free wi fi for 30 minutes.

8. You may think that this is just the complaints of someone not used to staying in NYC but I have stayed many times at the Westin which is less than 5 minutes away with none of the negative experiences of the Sheraton and for only $60 more per night.

10. The worst negatives are that 1) there were cup lids behind the desk upon which the coffee maker sets, 2) after checking in, I was told the room would be ready at noon, I returned at 2:30PM and was then told, somewhat rudely, it wouldn't be ready until check-in time, 3PM, and 3) they wanted $15 a day for internet access (I was able to get on the LondonNYC wifi for free).
