7. I tried to check in last May 17, 2012 at first I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and how busy it is, but unfortunately every room is sold out I tried going to other SPG hotels but it is sold out as well, I also tried to go to their competitors but its also sold out, I tried to stay in the Sheraton lobby because I have no where to go and I really want to check in to this hotel but the security said you can not stay here and I don't have nothing against him, his just doing his job.
