1. You'll get rooms on a higher floor with dedicated elevators and a great breakfast - fresh fruit, bagels, Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal.

As a result I ran into restaurant for a quick bite on the run and I explained that i never got room service and Ernesto understood and went out of his way to quickly serve me and was very apologetic about what happenedThe next morning I was delivered a complimentary breakfast to my room, arranged by Ernesto and it was the same order he had prepared for me the morning before in the restaurant.
