1. However when I stay at a Hotel, I expect good customer service and the employees apparently have missed that training or the hotel simply has not offered it.

4. The customer service from the reception desk was less than friendly, our request for extra pillows was ignored and our in-room coffee wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned but that is nothing that could ruin a trip.
