2. Staffer Kesa Bajamunde went above & beyond in helping me with food and logistics planning and even upgraded us to a beautiful penthouse suite when it became evident that the junior suite I'd reserved wouldn't be big enough for the RSVPs we received.

5. We arrived at the hotel at 6PM an all new renovated suite had already been assigned to our reservation, we didn't have to argue as like many other hotels.
