1. One time they provided us with a cot (which is actually quite comfortable) free of charge.

4. I am disappointed though that there is an extra charge for a new room and do not think that is commensurate with a four star hotel that should automoatically provide guests with the newer rooms if available at check in.

7. Breakfast is not included and the hotel charges you for everything, such as $15 per day for wifi, $3.50 per bag in luggage storage - the type of things that are usually provided free of charge in most 4 & 5 star hotels.

9. My niece made the mistake of moving a can of coke to put in her leftovers but they called downstairs and had no problem removing the charge from the bill.
