1. My niece made the mistake of moving a can of coke to put in her leftovers but they called downstairs and had no problem removing the charge from the bill.

2. Generally New York like most of the other big world cities is expensive and the tipping thing is big there, on average we found they add 18% onto your bill and lunch / dinner for 4 was coming out at about $160.

9. Later I got a bill for $147 for mini bar and parking (didn't touch the mini bar and paid directly for parking) After multipel call to accounting (try it, you will laugh) finially insisted on speaking with a real person.

10. As othters reviews say, staff is friendly, no complains about changing money for smaller bills (what i did every day of my stay).
