2. She was not pleasant at all, maybe its a New York thing, but I am from Boston and we aren't known to be the most pleasant either, Overall, it is not a hotel I would want to return to or would recommend.

4. We did have a bit of an issue checking in with one member of the front desk staff not being quite rude but it was soon sorted out with management intervining!would highly recommend.
