1. The people at the front desk( gave us an early checkin and late checkout) and concierge were helpful but both departments were understaffed.

2. The hotel staff however we came into contact with were fine and yes you have to pay to leave your bags after checkout but who cares it's nice to be able to do that.

6. The front desk personnel and housekeeping (that morning and the previous night) were always friendly and considerate; we were also given a complimentary late checkout on the day of our departure by Maddie (Thanks, Maddie!) due to the problems.

8. There is an auto-checkout in the morning of your departure so you don't have to go and wait in the lobby.
