' I was also denied club floor priveleges, and late check out (supposedly only for platinum members at this hotel, but I have never been denied at any other Starwood hotel in NYC or any other city) After complaining to the manager of the hotel (A tall African American woman) who was friendly but only said 'sorry' for everything and offered to cancel my room without charge.
