1. Only after contacting Starwood directly were we able to get 2 complimentary breakfasts and a partial refund of the points used for the second room.

As a result I ran into restaurant for a quick bite on the run and I explained that i never got room service and Ernesto understood and went out of his way to quickly serve me and was very apologetic about what happenedThe next morning I was delivered a complimentary breakfast to my room, arranged by Ernesto and it was the same order he had prepared for me the morning before in the restaurant.

5. the best, We were lucky to get a room on the Club level a couple of times , and that is great ,with all the complimentary beverages, Starbucks Coffee and snacks all day.
