10. Stayed at Waldorf Astoria for 6 days 5 nights, Excellent position for Walking to to sights of New York, Staff at the hotel very helpful and obliging,we were a family of 4 sharing the room was of average size, the ensuite bathroom was not that clean and the sinks and toilet blocked on two occassions,the shower was very poor, plumber sent in and wiped the floors with towels allocated, then left them in the room,did complain, received an apology of sorts, not, in my opinion, what should be expected of the Waldorf.
