Even with the confirmation she constanly wanted to put us in a double room, it took over 3 hours to get sorted, at one time they sent us to a room which was not only double but small and poky and not what we had booked, I was very disappointed that they could even try to fob us off with something and nothing, after we asked to speak to a manager we finally got the room type we had paid for and an upgrade which was the view and breakfast, they gave us $100 to spend on a meal whilst we waited for the room to be prepared, this was great but the bill for the meal came to more than that.
