1. The buffet breakfast service at the Oscars restaurant was excellent and lots of choice for everyone, and would like to thank the restaurant manager Jeff in meeting our special request.

This was one of if not the best ever hotels i have ever stayed in all the staaf were welcoming and friendly as we found it a bit daunting stoppong at The Waldorf,but it was fantastic we had been travelling for nearly 22 hours we were hungry and tired and even though the reataurant have a booking policy the manager found us a table it was wonderful.

8. After resting the doorbell rang (It is so much nicer than knocking) and it was a waiter with a bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses and a card from the manager wishing ua a Happy 40th Anniversary.
