1. First, the good: - Gorgeous Art Deco style lobby- Beautiful marble bathroom with a medicine cabinet and under the sink cabinet, so there's plenty of toiletry space- Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in- Hotel staff was very friendly on check-in, upgrading me to a better room - Bellman was extremely helpful after I checked in, testing all the amenities of my room and showing me how they worked- iPod dock on nightstand- Helpful concierge- Plenty of hangers in the closet- Shades for the window so the room was nice and dark at night- Waiters in the Peacock Alley Bar were very friendly, if a little slow.

3. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of closet space, with a standard closet for me and a walk-in closet for my girlfriend (perhaps this was due to it being a corner room).
