1. our CONCIERGE LEVEL room was detailed with peeling wallpaper, blotchy paint at the ceiling, and aged old bathroom which I was stunned to find there is a rolled up Anti-slip mat at the tub which i thought was a left behind water pipe from the maintainence.

3. -mostly friendly serviceWhat we did not like:-erratic plumbing (like how long to get a hot shower?)-very ordinary bathroom overall- no items like bathrobes or slippers which are standard in all Asian 3 star and up.

7. It had 2 double beds, then you walked into a large dressing area with 2 large mirrored wardrobes, then into the bathroom.

8. We were also upgraded to a mini-suite which was lovely but I have to say I was a little dissapointed the bedroom and bathroom were lovely but the small sitting room was dare I say a little shabby.
