1. The shower head was too large for the amount of water provided resulting in a concentrated rather than dispersed stream of water.

4. The wall paper is pealing, there is paint on the marble in the bathroom, the shower is old and without sufficient pressure, and the toilet looks like it has not been changed since the 1970s, and works that way as well.
