4. We go to Waldorf every year about the first of April, this year I booked the Queen and it was more elegant than the King rooms I've had before, check in was a breeze of only a couple of minutes, the room always clean and the whole experience is special.

7. Lots of little complimentary details that just helped make the trip easy, like left luggage facility on our last day, free internet for check- in and printing for boarding passes etc. will recommend time and time again thank you Waldorf form 4 UK ladies who had the time of our lives in NYC.

9. I never got water and certificates for breakfast, etc. They weren't available at check in for some reason so they were supposed to be brought up.

While the check-in process was very pleasant and my room size spacious, the rooms for our entire group were run down looking---carpets in need of cleaning and worst of all-- almost none of our heaters/air conditioners worked causing us to not sleep well due to the high temperature in our rooms.
