charge
made the time to bend and fold an artwork of a creation and a single rose, like the Waldorf itself.

Surely with more basic (much cheaper?) hotels including it at no additional
charge
, you would think Hilton would make the move as well (perhaps Hilton Hhonors members should get free wifi.

The hotel did offer to move us to a higher floor the next day but couldn't tell us what the room would be like and wanted to

an extra $50 a night.

With the price they
charge
I believe the internet should be free for guests not for anyone that just walks in the lobby.

The hotel was luxurious and the location is unbeatable but what hotel in 2010 thinks that it is appropriate to
charge
$18.95 per hour for internet, and it was not wireless internet.

Many hotels in this area
charge
less but offer free workout facilities and free use of a few computers in a business center, which is also not included in a pricey Waldorf stay.
