1. When we mention to people where we stayed they assume a high cost but we feel this was a great value hotel for what we paid.

4. I booked through British Airways holidays and got a very good price package deal, I'm not sure how good value standard rates would be.

5. I don't have a problem with Starbucks, and a voucher for a complementary coffee would have been a nice touch and would have made HHonour members feel like valued guests.
