1. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, the bell boys are a bit too keen for tips but I loved the maids uniforms.

Christmas decorations were going up already in the main entrance and very lovely (see photo)Service from maids to bartenders was top-notch(we really liked Tony, the older gentleman who took our bags); the quality of food and beverages (Have Noah the Bartender in the main bar by the lobby make you one of his cocktails.

9. Maid staff were the best, even with a minimum staff kept on during the weekend, because of the storm, we were completely impressed with the cleaning of the room.
