1. The hotel is impressive, very chic, super clean, the staff is very friendly and the service is impeccable, but what prevent me from rating this property with 5 stars was that our 2 double beds had old mattresses, the springs were worn out on one side of each bed.

4. There were some small stains on the carpet in our room and some marks on the trim and walls, and the piping on the edge of the black leather lounge chair in our suite was worn white - nothing to be upset about but at a four-star hotel, I expect better.

6. Can you imagine anything worse? You wake up in the morning to find a purse by the door, cash emptied from your wallets, an expensive bracelet missing (a bracelet worn to the event that night -- so it clearly happened in the middle of the night).
