3. Only downpoints were the impersonal nature of the staff - difficult to be anything else in a place this size I guess and my personal beef in that they charge for wireless access - bit of a cheek in this day and age and at these rates.

5. I absolutely understand that all these big hotels run on a completely electronic system however, i find poor customer service and flat out rudeness difficult to forgive, especially after a very long flight.

6. That balance is difficult to get right - this hotel did and if and when I return for a longer trip to Chicago this has set the standard for my return, I will come back certainly.

9. I also agree with the reviewer below about the bathtubs - they are far, far too small and it really is difficult to have a relaxing soak.
