But having said that, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a stone's throw to avoid this unfortunate hotel management miscalculation of their guests tolerance to
overpr
icing.

The restaurant is typically
overpriced
(with great service and food - except for the French Toast) but there is a breakfast/lunch place on the other end of the block and there is a small grocery store just around the corner.

The room service was not too
overpriced
but the service could have been a bit quicker.

I definitely regret that we have stayed too long in New York in the Hilton as this was totally
overpriced
and average.

Pros: Great location, great views, very nice rooms, decent staffCons: In my opinion WAY
overpriced
, as I paid about $200 for one night, and the elevators are VERY slow.

Didn`t eat at the restaurant but did have room-service breakfast which was a little
overpriced
but tasty, attractively presented and delivered on time to the minute.
