- no assistance with luggage on check out (except for the guy who hails the taxis outside who was excellent)- pillows were lumpy
shame
as they spoilt a good bed- air conditioning too noisyWorst of all I filled in the feedback form that was sent by email and had an email from the director of customer services (I think) asking if everything was ok.

Internet connection in the rooms is also not free, which is a
shame
as I had stayed at the Four Seasons only 2 months prior to this stay, and for about $10 more a night, the experience was night and day.
