1. While we are not committed to any particular 'brand' and choose our hotel by location, price and amenities, we were not disappointed with our stay and feel we got a relatively good deal, although less expensive rooms were available at comparable locations.

3. The only person that disappointed me was the man that checked us out- we didn't receive the 2nd breakfast credit each day (which was $20/person), but the bill that I received wasn't detailed enough to show that.
