1. The housekeeping staff cleans the rooms great but we walked into a room with a broken bed frame that should have been noticed by the cleaning staff and fixed.

4. We thought it was well equipped and mantained, but were disappointed that a broken window blind broke again immediately after a requested repair - no view for us (though we could have nagged for another repair, we didn`t)On the last night of our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage.
