1. When I spoke to someone at the front desk, he was extremely rude and said that no one had ever complained about noise in the hotel.

5. I absolutely understand that all these big hotels run on a completely electronic system however, i find poor customer service and flat out rudeness difficult to forgive, especially after a very long flight.
