2. They even provided bandaids for my poor feet after buying new sandals :) Very clean, very quiet.

Good points first:- Soft bed with pillow top mattress was comfortable- Bose radio in the room- large separate cubicle shower-good shower- great location next to MM- great cafe for breakfast if breakfast not includedPoints why I rated the hotel average overall- luggage was left on a trolley at the check in desk no offer to bring it up to the room-poor- the room didn't have the wow factor just a standard room in beige with standard hotel type furniture- door men hit and miss sometimes they were there to open the doors sometimes not.

6. I absolutely understand that all these big hotels run on a completely electronic system however, i find poor customer service and flat out rudeness difficult to forgive, especially after a very long flight.

7. The bar area was a little dark for drinks early in the evening, but after such poor service here we decided not to eat in the restaurant and instead went over the road to the seafood restaurant which was exceptionally good, McCormack and Something (I think it was called).
