1. The IC has lamps with sockets built in, spread out over the room, so never a problem finding somewhere convenient to charge up the many devices you now carry.

2. We had a few problems at check in, as we had confirmed 2 beds in one of the rooms, but were given an air mattress instead, somewhat frustrating.

3. Unfortunately, our experience began its steady downhill descent when we settled into our room only to find that the AC was not working (normally in March this would not be a problem, but it just so happened that temps were pushing 80 that day).

4. The hotel has had problems for two years now and doesn't tell guests in advance or at check-in, so I had to check out after one night - VERY inconvenient for trying to do business, not to mention the bother of changing hotels.

5. The staff at the front desk was exceptional and quickly and easily renegotiated a new rate for the Presidential suite, even after we had already gone up to our room and it was not a problem.
