4. when i called for a hair conditioner the response was 'we don't serve that on the tenth floor' hahah, besides us paying 300 dollars for a freaking room.

5. The site makes the place looks great, the lobby is even very nice, but when you get to the rooms? Chipping paint, chipping wall facades, non-working wall air handling units, no response from hotel staff when service calls were made, staff yelling at each other in the hallways late at night at a volume loud enough for multiple people to leave their rooms and look around, security issues with non guests wandering floors and having to be trespassed (elevator guard didn't seem to be paying attention or give a damn).

6. If you call for assistance, you'll get several different excuses as to when someone will be there to fix it, or you'll get no response at all.

7. A man in front of us said something to one of the two workers at the counter--he told her she ought to be embarrassed by the line of people and how long it was taking; her response was, 'It's not my hotel.
