1. The hardworking cleaning staff always did their best to make the room presentable and the bathroom towels were perfection.

2. It is very central, very colorful, with lots of people walking on the very busy streets giving you a feeling of safety and therefore I consider it the best area to be, although it is also quite dirty looking.

7. As a couple, this is the best area to be with plenty of resturants, small gallaries etc.

10. They dealt with a difficult situation very well (I couldnt hide my upset at finding myself in this situation) and tried their best to be helpful - I only wish the hotel they are working in wasn't such a hell hole.
