1. I just got back from the hotel and was suprised, I stayed in a Club Penn 5000 king room and it was really comfortable, the room was a decent size and had a fridge in and a flat screen tv, room was maded up daily with fresh towels, bathroom was basic but was clean, one of the good things of staying in club penn 5000 was on the 12th floor theres a guest room with sofas, free internet and printing and also tea and coffee available, its well worth the upgrade, i didnt find any bed bugs the bed was massive and really nice, never take the stairs as there are alot of floors and when you reach the basement its a maze, the location is amazing so close to everything, i would stay here again as didnt have a bad experience.

8. The positives of this hotel for us were - SUPER LOCATION, right on the doorstep of Macys, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, clean very comfortable large bed, well-stocked bathroom, iron if needed, fridge in room.
