4. The room was nothing fancy - just a plain looking place, but like I said it was clean, no bugs (I checked the beds thoroughly), the beds were comfortable, and the location is unbeatable.

5. The hotel is not modern or particularly fancy but it does the job - we had a nice clean room, access to the lounge on our floor with complimentary bagels, coffee, juice and internet which was a big plus for a quick check of your emails before heading off shopping and sightseeing.
