1. We still weren't at all happy and were going to ask to be moved again, but every time we went to reception the queue was horrendous.

5. So this year due to cost, I stayed again but upgraded to Penn 5000 Club room and I'm happy that i did.

7. I was fully prepared to have to ask for another room if I wasn't happy with the one they gave me, and the lovely girl from Peurto Rico told me to let her know if I wasn't happy and she would change my room.
