1. We stood in a long line to check in, however the line went fast, and the people at the front desk were quick and efficient.

3. when I finally did check in the one staff on duty was efficient (so to speak -how long does it take to check someone in?) and was able to find me a room even though it was not check in time, but he was not very friendly, I felt I had to really push him to give me a room.

6. The guy that booked us in was quite helpful in sorting out a problem with our booking because we asked for non smoking,anyway he dealt with this quite efficiently ,when we got out of the lift the hallway lighting was quite dull,but you dont spend all your time in the hallway do you .

7. 00pm the check in line was empty, we were dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner and were even given the room that we had specifically requested (i had looked at some reviews for the best room numbers).
