1. and broken beds,lady at reception wasnt really worried about my complains so she put me in a new room 720A that at first seemed nice and clean , until the last night i saw a bed bug on the floor and my body full of bites , legs, neck , face, arms and butt.

3. Eventually got to room via nice reception and ok lifts - to the REAL hotel.

4. The lobby is nice but it is just a show, we were shocked going up to our rooms walking through the hallways, the roof was falling apart and cracks in the walls.

I just got back from the hotel and was suprised, I stayed in a Club Penn 5000 king room and it was really comfortable, the room was a decent size and had a fridge in and a flat screen tv, room was maded up daily with fresh towels, bathroom was basic but was clean, one of the good things of staying in club penn 5000 was on the 12th floor theres a guest room with sofas, free internet and printing and also tea and coffee available, its well worth the upgrade, i didnt find any bed bugs the bed was massive and really nice, never take the stairs as there are alot of floors and when you reach the basement its a maze, the location is amazing so close to everything, i would stay here again as didnt have a bad experience.

9. The prices have been everywhere from 60 to 200 for 2 double beds and the rooms have been anywhere from a really nice room to a closet that had only a foot or so of clearance around the beds.
