1. I complained to the front-desk manager the first night about the general cleanliness of the room, the continental breakfast and was offered the following compensation: late checkout and a promise that they'd have more food there tomorrow.

2. This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed here and I have to say although I agree the rooms are tired but you dont sleep on the walls and ceiling, sheets were changed and spotless towels changed everyday staff in general friendly superb location would recomend.

4. The 7th floor is generally horrific though, as its a smoking floor and rooms are filthy and stink - so avoid that like the plague.

8. The information desk was always manned throughout the day, and the staff were generally quite helpful, although a bit quick to try and send you on your way.
