1. Only thing the hotel has going for it is the location - but i'd rather the location be slightly further away and to have a hotel that is clean and smell free.

3. com at $159/night which included acess to the 'lounge' where there was free internet access (two computers), free coffee (many varieties) from two (one-cup-at-a-time machines) and a decent continental brekfast, juice, fresh bagels, muffins and danish.

4. I just got back from the hotel and was suprised, I stayed in a Club Penn 5000 king room and it was really comfortable, the room was a decent size and had a fridge in and a flat screen tv, room was maded up daily with fresh towels, bathroom was basic but was clean, one of the good things of staying in club penn 5000 was on the 12th floor theres a guest room with sofas, free internet and printing and also tea and coffee available, its well worth the upgrade, i didnt find any bed bugs the bed was massive and really nice, never take the stairs as there are alot of floors and when you reach the basement its a maze, the location is amazing so close to everything, i would stay here again as didnt have a bad experience.

6. That was my first visit to NYC and I just loved the city, but the hotel wasn't exactly what I expectedFirst they charge for wifi access, although you can get free access at many nearby stores, like Borders, McDonalds and Starbucks? So, why not deliver a free wifi access? Many hotels at the same price do the same.
"An average hotel but there are better ones " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/17/2010 Vote
7. Given that all of the public buildings we visited AND Times Square have free open wifi access, I find this a bit quaint.
