5. s dollars per night per room we opted for this as a last resort, the Penn 5000 lounge gave us free24 hour internet access, breakfast,we went to room 1129 and to be honest it was lucky to be a two star,it had the same peeling paint, only difference was a flat screen tv,larger fridge and a connection for ipod that never worked,we reluctantly unpacked and went ight seeing, when we came back to room there was a massive cockroach in bathroom crawling on our toothbrushes and toilietries, couldnt sleep for the 1960's air con unit as it was so noisy, went to penn 5000 lounge next morning for breakfast and it was a medium size room with a couple trays of pastrys,an urn full of orange juice,no tea bags, two broken coffee machines and no staff member for assistance, despite requests for tea bags nothing was ever done, when i checked out on Monday 13th Sept 2010 i got a bill in excess of 400 US dollars for upgrade for both rooms,i argued the point with them but they were nothing but an arrogant bunch and were only interested in your cash and couldnt care about your stay.
