1. (Hence the high quality) This hotel was by no means cheap (Christmas period working out at almost 1300 dollars for 4 nights but I wish I had paid more as it has left a bit of a black cloud over what was a great break.

3. Until such time as this hotel changes hands and has had a massive refurbishment of the elevator system, the rooms and the service staff, we will not consider it at any price, much less the nearly $300 a night they charge for this great location.

10. The hotel staff was awesome, we checked in early, and we loved the penn 5000 lounge because it was freezing outside so we always had somewhere to get a fresh cup of coffee (it is a personal one cup coffee maker and it comes with all sorts of great coffee flavors).
