1. If you do stay, do not accept the first room allocated, and make sure you check for bed bugs, because they are still there.

7. we moved twice before we were given an acceptable bathroom the room was a lot better but the view was non existent.

8. After talking to other residents when taking the lift we were advised never to accept a room below the 5th Floor and the higher you go the nicer it gets but the 5th floor did us just fine for a week of shopping, clubbing and sightseeing.
