1. Thay's just wrong.

2. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator near the main entrance which means the luggage goes with the bell hop (nothing wrong with that just a matter of preference).

7. After surviving an earthquake in san diego, a delayed flight, a terribly turbulant flight and then raining and cold trip to the hotel we were dropped at the lobby and before we could tell the driver we were at the wrong hotel he had driven off leaving us there stranded.
