1. bad: although literally one block away from cable cars and some 4 blocks from Union Square, 55 is located on the boundary of what is the ugly side of the City Center.

2. I booked the Parc 55 for a business trip and was a little nervous as the hotel used to have a pretty bad reputation in SF (need for renovation).
